<p><strong>Our online Group Sales reservation system allows you to make a reservation for your group event. Simply pick the date of your event and the number of guests you estimate to attend. Your credit card will be charged a non-refundable $10 reservation fee which will be applied towards your balance due at check-in.</strong></p>
<p><strong>Please note:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>On the day of your event, simply bring your reservation number to the Group Sales Office (located in the front entry).</li>
<li>The balance due on your transaction (less the $10 reservation fee paid online) is due at the time of check-in and ticket pick-up. One form of payment is required. Any adjustments to your group total can be made at that time, keeping in mind that your prices will adjust if your group falls above/below the pricing tier selected during online reservation. You must have at least 15 guests to qualify for group rates (does not include Seniors or Tots).</li>
<li>Tots (under 40&#8243;) are free of charge and will not be included in your group totals.</li>
<li>If your organization is requesting tax-exempt status, you will be required to present a copy (that we keep) of your valid Colorado Tax-Exempt Certificate and pay with a <em>check or credit card matching the name on the tax-exempt certificate</em>. If you are paying with cash or personal funds or do not bring a valid certificate, tax-exempt status cannot be applied.</li>
