Splash Pass Details

Splash Pass Wristband Information:

  • Park Admission: Splash Passes may be used by the registered guest only. Your Splash Pass grants the passholder one admission per day for the season, with limited park re-entries per day.

    On your first park visit, we’ll register your pass biometrics at the entry turnstile. On your next visits, present your Splash Pass Wristband and matching biometric confirmation at the turnstile for entry. A valid photo ID for guests ages 16+ may be used instead of biometric confirmation if needed.

    Lost or forgotten Splash Pass wristbands may be replaced at Guest Services for $5 for the first replacement and $15 for each additional replacement. A photo ID may be required.

  • Special Events: Many of our Special Events, including May 27-29 and Back to Pool Days, are capacity-limited with a portion reserved for Splash Pass guests. Depending on your pass type, you are welcome on a first-come, first-entry basis until the Splash Pass capacity is reached.

    Special Events that require a separate ticket, including our Drone Show and Bow Wow Beach Doggie Day, are     not included with your Splash Pass.

  • Food/Merchandise/Service Discounts: When paying with the funds stored on your Preferred or Elite Splash Pass wristband, the passholder receives 20% discounts* on most food, merchandise, and Visit Upgrades during the season. Elite Passholders receive 20% off weekday cabana and bungalow rentals (must be rented in advance, in-park only).

    You can reload your band at most Guest Services locations throughout the park. You can cash out available funds at the Main Entry Guest Services at any time. Be sure to cash out your wristband on your last visit!

Promotional Bring-a-Friend Free Tickets:

The registered passholder must be present when redeeming Bring-a-Friend Tickets. Bring your free Bring-a-Friend Tickets directly to the entry turnstiles! Elite Splash Pass Bring-a-Friend Tickets include Early Entry privileges.

Selling or transferring these free tickets is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the ticket and/or related Splash Pass without compensation. The number of tickets issued is dependent on promotional time periods and method of purchase. See ticket for expiration date. After the expiration date passes, unused Bring-a-Friend Tickets may be upgraded for $26.99+tax for park entry during the current season.

Souvenir Bottles:

Each Elite Splash Pass includes one Elite Souvenir Bottle (while supplies last) and are eligible for free soda refills every 30 minutes for the registered passholder. You must pick up your bottle before July 1, 2025.

Bottles must be present to receive free soda refills. Lost bottles may be replaced for $25.99+tax each, while supplies last.

Early Entry:

Elite Splash Passes include Early Entry, which gives you extra time to prepare for the day! For our 2025 season, Early Entry is being reimagined to offer more options to prepare for and enjoy your visit, with access to 2 or 3 select attractions prior to park opening. 20-Meal Pack Option (Available Now):

Save money and pre-purchase up to 20 meals or snacks from our Meal Plan Menu, which are automatically attached to your Splash Pass Band!

Eligible items are marked with the red Meal Plan symbol and are available at Creekside Cafe, Thunder Bay Food & Drink, Surf’s Up Food & Drink, Coconut Point Desserts, Cowabunga/Thunder Bay Dippin’ Dots and Cowabunga Pizza.

Substitutions are not permitted, and meals/snacks do not include drinks. Sides are not included unless specified below.

Delicious options include:

  • Chicken Tender Basket, with fries or chips

  • Spicy Chicken Sandwich Basket, with fries or chips

  • Hamburger/Cheeseburger Basket with fries or chips. Cannot redeem for specialty burgers.

  • Personal Pizza (pepperoni or cheese)

You may redeem up to two meals/snacks per day, with one redemption per transaction. Your wristband must be scanned at the entry turnstile prior to redemption.

Drinks are not included. Unused meals cannot be transferred to another band or another season.

Splash Pass Delivery & Pickup Options:

Splash Passes are available for pick-up at the park or mail delivery. We strongly recommend mail delivery to avoid pick-up wait times.

  • Mail Delivery: We will mail your Splash Pass wristband (and Bring-a-Friend Tickets, if applicable) to the purchaser’s mailing address only. Once it’s arrived, skip the pass pick-up line on your first visit and head straight to the entry turnstile!
    • You will not be able to enter the park until your Pass arrives. Passes typically take 4-6 postal working days to arrive; Passes purchased on or after December 14, 2024 may not arrive until January 2025.
    • If your Pass includes a Souvenir Bottle, bring your Splash Pass wristband to Thunder Bay Guest Services, Island Breeze Gift Shop or Winnie’s Snack Shack to redeem your bottle before July 1.
  • Pick Up at Park: Once the park is open for the season on May 24, 2025, bring your confirmation email/number to any Ticket Services booth at the front entry to pick up your Splash Pass items.
    • You may experience extended wait times during the morning hours and on select days, especially prior to June 14. We strongly recommend Mail Delivery to avoid pick-up wait times and make the most of your time in the park.

FlexPay Installment Option (available until April 30, 2025):

  • FlexPay Installment options are available for ONLINE Preferred and Elite Splash Pass purchases only. The more months you purchase before park opening, the more months you have to spread out payments!
  • You will make a down payment on the date of purchase with the remainder paid in monthly installments through the contract term (as noted during the purchase process). Your down payment includes all taxes, service and delivery fees.
    • Reoccurring payments will be reflected on your statement as “Water World-In Park”. If you purchased online, your down payment will be reflected on your statement as “Water World-Online.”
    • We may elect to post charges to your credit/debit card on dates which are later than specified above.
  • If your payment fails on the scheduled payment date, we will try additional times. If the payment is still unsuccessful, all items associated with the order will be blocked and park entry will not be permitted until you arrange for successful payment.
    • Guest Services will notify you via e-mail of failed payments and blocked Passes; and work with you to set up a successful payment method.
    • If your order is blocked, please communicate this with all associated Pass holders.
  • You may pay your amount due in its entirety at any time without penalty at the Main Entry Guest Services (during operating hours), by calling Guest Services at 303-427-7873, or opening a support ticket here prior to May 23.
  • FlexPay contracts are non-refundable.
