Certified Autism Center™

Hyland Hills Water World has earned the Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) designation, granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). The certification demonstrates our commitment to providing a welcoming environment for guests with autism and other sensory sensitivities.

Attraction Access Pass (AAP)

The Attraction Access Pass (AAP) offers expedited queuing on select attractions for guests with autism or other special needs that may not be able to use the standard queue. Learn more about how to receive and use your complimentary AAP Card here.

Sensory information for each attraction and food service location can be found in our Autism Guide. This information is also included on signs throughout the park.

Sensory Room

Water World offers a Low Sensory Room for guests with autism, nursing mothers, or others who may need a private area to unwind from sensory stimulation.

The Sensory Room is located between Thunder Bay and Cowabunga Beach and features comfortable seating, air-conditioning, calming toys, and other amenities.
