• Guests should always observe the attraction before choosing to ride.
  • Guests who are pregnant or have other physical ailments should consult their medical provider before riding.
  • Guests over 250 lbs. may experience abnormal exposure to discomfort or injury. Select attractions (Mile High Flyer, Centennial Basin, Roaring Forks) have specific weight guidelines for safety. Guests will be weighed by group prior to boarding.
  • Guests must be able to be safely seated in the attraction tube/vehicle and to securely hold on to the tube/vehicle handles at all times.
    • Most attractions require guests to carry their tube (of various sizes and weights) from the tube pick-up area to the attraction entry. If a disability limits your ability to transport tubes, please see our Attraction Access Pass (AAP).
    • Most attractions require transfer from a wheelchair/transport device into/out of the attraction tube.
  • Pool Lift devices are available at Thunder Bay.
  • Transfer steps are available at The Warming Pool.
  • Many attractions require at least one step in and out of the attraction. The following attractions offer ramped, no-step access: the Alpine Springs Express, Lazy River, Cowabunga Beach, Thunder Bay Wave Pool, Voyage to the Center of the Earth, Lost River of the Pharaohs, Calypso Cove Play Structure Area, and Mile High Flyer.
