The Attraction Access Pass (AAP) offers express entry for those whose disabilities impact their ability to queue.

Who Qualifies?

  • The AAP Card is only for guests with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or who, due to a physical or mental impairment, are significantly limited in their ability to transport tubes/rafts to the attraction.
    • If a guest’s disability does not limit their ability to use the standard queue, they do not qualify for an AAP Card.
  • We do not offer a discount for guests with disabilities. All standard ticket options are available for purchase at Guest Services.

How to Receive Your AAP Card:

  • Visit the Main Entry Guest Services location upon arrival.
    • Our team will ask a few questions to assure that the guest has the required physical criteria in order to safely experience our attractions.
    • If so, we will issue an AAP Card to the guest at no cost. The AAP Card is valid for the pictured guest and up to 3 riding companions.
  • Only one AAP is issued per guest, per day. AAP Cards cannot be transferred.

How to Use Your AAP Card:

  • Attraction queuing may be a mix of direct sun, partial shade, or full-shade.
  • The AAP Card must be presented at the attraction; the pictured guest must be present and riding the attraction. The AAP is valid for the guest and up to 3 riding companions.
  • Guests may only hold one boarding card per attraction at a time. A maximum of 4 personal tubes or 1 family-sized tube will be issued per AAP.
  • The AAP works as follows:
    • West Coast (Voyage to the Center of the Earth, Storm and Lost River of the Pharaohs): Enter using the Tube Valet entrance near the top of the ride. You will bypass the main queuing at the bottom of the ride but may still experience a wait up to 25 minutes.
      • For Voyage to the Center of the Earth and Storm, a member of the guest’s party will carry the tube a short distance to the attraction entrance. If the guest’s party is unable to do so, notify the Tube Valet attendant and we will deliver the tube for you.
    • River Country (“The 4 Rivers”, Thunder & Cimarron Rivers, Ragin’ Colorado and Lazy River) & Calypso Cove (Screamin’ Mimi & Tortuga Run): For River Country, the guest who was issued the AAP will stop by the Tube Exchange Counter; present the AAP and tell the attendant which attraction they would like to ride next. For Calypso Cove attractions, visit First Aid.
      • Our team members will provide a boarding card and deliver the attraction tube(s) to the top of the ride within approximately 10 minutes.
      • The guest and up to 3 riding companions can proceed directly to the top of the attraction; there may be a wait of up to 10 minutes. When it’s the guest’s turn to ride, present your boarding card to the attraction dispatcher and we will provide you with the attraction tube(s).
    • Alpine Springs (Mile High Flyer) and Wild Isle (Revolution): The guest who was issued the AAP will stop by Alpine Springs Guest Services. After presenting your AAP Card, you will receive a boarding card with a designated return time. At the return time, the guest and companions will present the boarding card at the attraction’s Tube Valet entrance.
