Express Check-In
We’ll call you the day before your event to confirm your guest count.
On the day of your event, check in at Group Sales to pick up your wristbands, vouchers, and other birthday items.
If some of your guests are not present at check-in, we will work with you to leave their fully paid wristbands at Group Sales for pick-up. We will need a name for each wristband, and each guest will sign for their wristband.
Elite Package Tube Valet
The Elite Birthday package includes 2 Tube Valet bands (each band works for up to 4 guests, for a total of 8 guests).
If you wish to purchase additional Tube Valet Bands to accommodate more than 8 guests, you may do so online, based on availability. Learn more about Tube Valet here.
The Elite Party Package also comes with one free ticket for the birthday person to return on another day in the current season or next!
Shaka Shacks
Pictured are the Shaka Shacks, included with Preferred and Elite Birthday Packages. We’ve made some enhancements which are not currently pictured but will be soon. Walliver’s Birthday Packages cannot be accommodated in a cabana or bungalow.
